We Train Inspectors

Rick Marshall is one of the leading "parallel" trainers for state license in Arizona. Very few inspectors with this credential are available in Tucson.  Our parallel inspectors perform a set number of inspections side-by-side with Rick, and upon evaluation and completion, they walk away with a profound sense of accomplishment and a wealth of information that will assist them in providing quality inspections in the future.  A minimum of 10 years construction or related experience is needed to apply.

Seal of Approval Inspections

Pre-Listing Inspections

"The Silver Seal Program"

  • This program is designed to provide an inspection service prior to the listing of a home in preparation for sale.  Listed within the inspection report are the items that have been inspected, their condition at the time of inspection, and the recommendations for corrections.
  • In addition to the inspection, there are recommendations that will, in our opinion, enhance the potential for a successful sale.  These items are most often cosmetic, and are discretionary.  (Copies for Seller Use Only)
  • Note to Potential Buyers:  Although this home may have the "Seal of Approval" there is a discounted rate available, $125.00, to a buyer who may wish to have a final inspection completed prior to escrow closing.
  • Attention Agents, Brokers, & Buyers: This program carries a 120 day guarantee.  Should an inspected item be found to be in error, Seal of Approval will go to great lengths to provide appropriate relief.
  • Any Agent, Broker, or Agency connected with a "Silver Seal Inspection" will be indemnified, through current insurance carriers, from any claims deriving from the dwelling conditions.
