"The Silver Seal Program" This program is designed to provide an inspection service prior to the listing of a home in preparation for sale.  Listed within the inspection report are the items that have been inspected, their condition at the time of inspection, and the recommendations for corrections. In addition to the inspection, there are recommendations that will, in our opinion, enhance the potential for a successful sale.  These items are most often cosmetic, and are discretionary.  (Copies for Seller Use Only) Note to Potential Buyers:  Although this home may have the "Seal of Approval" there is a discounted rate available, $125.00, to a buyer who may wish to have a final inspection completed prior to escrow closing. Attention Agents, Brokers, & Buyers: This program carries a 120 day guarantee.  Should an inspected item be found to be in error, Seal of Approval will go to great lengths to provide appropriate relief. Any Agent, Broker, or Agency connected with a "Silver Seal Inspection" will be indemnified, through current insurance carriers, from any claims deriving from the dwelling conditions.
